Our Family photo in December, praise the Lord that i'm still pregnant with our baby girl. On the 26th of November at 10am Matt was running and launch himself on a pillow that was lying on the floor and broke his R femur. Was quite a bad break for just falling on the floor. Poor guy! had 2 Rods inserted into the bone. Matt and i spent 3 night in the hospital. Seeing your baby in so much pain is heart breaking as there is nothing you can do to take away the pain. after 3 weeks the pain had gone and we started to see more smiles, was quite a challenge to get this man to wee in a bottle for 2 months. Granpa came to visit SA in November for 2 months. We went to Monzi Monati in November with Charles's mother, It's always nice to go on holiday with such a keen babysitter, especially when you are on bed rest and need to keep your feet up. Boys love to feed the bunnies carrots, but the naughty geese bite the bunnies to get the food. My Boys got to meet their Opa in October for th

Sorry for the late update on my blog, had a few problems with my computer. Charles very lovingly spent time on fixing it for me, while I was away at Dikhololo with my Mom, Matt and Ethan. But let’s start at the beginning of August… We decided to go away early this year for our 5th anniversary as we won’t be able to go in November due to me being pregnant and my due date a bit of a ‘wild card’. (As Charles had to go back to work and Mathias couldn’t get leave) It’s always difficult to enjoy a holiday with Kids that are sick and it being winter and all our boys decided that the two holidays (Verloorenkloof and now Dikhololo) that we were on they had to get sick. I’m starting to think they get home sick, or th

We drove to Velorenkloof early (6am) Tuesday morning. After sitting in the car for 3 hours we arrived safely with a warm (well it was freezing) welcome from Uncle Al and Zoe. Ethan had just fallen asleep 5 mins before we arrived, (round about the same time I realised I had forgotten the two chickens in the freezer at home, which we needed for our special Christmas dinner) so we thought we could move him into his camp cot, but he woke and there was no way he was going to go back to sleep in this new room. Charles did a great job at unpacking the car. M@ and Zoe gave each other a big hug. M@ started to explore the surroundings. We were all getting hungry for lunch (even though it was only 9:30) as none of us had had breafast and started to explore the shaded braai area, which was a little cold for winter. But would be lovely for a hot Summers day. I started thinking of how nice it would be to have a similar braai area on my fantasy plot... (that I have been dreaming of) Then an hour l
